It looks cool, but the question is - where all their waste goes? Like liquid/tablets for dishwashing mashines and other cleaning products waste...and sewage (I assume they have a toilets there). The estimated lifespan of this restaurant is 20 years and if all their rubbish is going into the sea (and in case of Hilton - I'm sure it is), I dread to think what is going to swim there after that period of time.
